| The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) of Bangladesh in cooperation with the Bangladesh Ministry of Commerce is now organizing the 14th Dhaka International Trade Fair set to commence from 1st to the 31st of January 2009 at the Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka Bangladesh. This event aims to promote and showcase the quality products offered by Bangladesh to visitors from the region and abroad. And at the same time the conference will also serve as an opportunity for foreign participants to display their products and services as well establishing prospective business partnerships through networking activities. |

| Meanwhile, an exhibit will showcase wide array of products such as machinery, industrial and agricultural equipments, electronics, consumer and home products and more.Bangladesh is known to be a country rich with diverse natural resources. The Zoom Laptop Fair 2009 will take place at the Bangladesh China Friendship
Conference center and will be inaugurated on February 4. Maker Communication will organize the show which will feature top laptop brands like HP, Compaq, Dell,
Fujitsu, Hasee, Gigabyte, Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, Great Wall, BenQ and Apple
will be available.
Special discounts will be on offer at the fair.
A total of 10 pavilions and 6 stalls will be at the fair. The entry fee will be
Tk 20 per person but students up to the regular post-graduate level will
enjoy free entry by showing their ID cards.
Mobile phone operator Citycell is the title sponsor of the exposition, while Acer, Asus,
Hasee and Toshiba are co-sponsors.Fashion show, puppet show, raffle draw and
quiz competition will be held on the sidelines of the fair, according to Muhammad
Khan, Strategic Planner of Maker communication. The fair will remain open from
10am to 9pm daily.
